Sellers Terms and Conditions for The Preloved Wedding Boot Fair

Payment Terms

  1. Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking to secure your exhibition space.

  2. Your booking is not confirmed until full payment is received and acknowledged by the organiser.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations made 6 weeks or more before the event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking fee. The remainder 50% of the payment will be non refundable.

  2. Cancellations made less than 6 weeks before the event date are not eligible for any refund.

Exhibitor Responsibilities

  1. Exhibitors must only promote or exhibit items and services declared at the time of booking.

  2. Cross-promotion for other businesses not booked for the event is strictly prohibited.

  3. Exhibitors must set up their space within the designated time frame provided by the organiser (8am-8.45am)

  4. Stands must be fully set up and staffed 15 minutes before the event opens to the public at 9am.

  5. Exhibitors may not dismantle their display before the advertised closing time of the event unless stated and confirmed by the organisers.

Space Allocation

  1. Stand spaces are allocated at the organiser's discretion, considering the overall benefit to the event.

  2. While efforts will be made to accommodate requests, specific locations cannot be guaranteed.

Conduct and Presentation

  1. Exhibitors must conduct business only from their allocated stand or designated areas.

Insurance and Liability

  1. Exhibitors must hold their own Public Liability Insurance and may be required to provide proof of coverage.

  2. The organiser is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of exhibits or personal property.

Compliance

  1. Exhibitors agree to comply with all health and safety regulations and follow any instructions given by the event staff.

  2. The organiser reserves the right to remove any exhibitor who fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
