Sellers Terms and Conditions for The Preloved Wedding Boot Fair

Booking and Payment

  1. A completed Seller Booking Form must be submitted online to secure a spot at the event.

  2. Full payment of the pitch fee is required at the time of booking to confirm reservation.

  3. Pitch fees and table hire are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations made by sellers will not be eligible for refunds of pitch fees or table hire charges.

  2. In the event of seller no-shows, all fees paid will be forfeited.

  3. The organiser reserves the right to re-allocate the space of any seller who has not arrived by 9.15am on the day of the event.

Seller Responsibilities

  1. Sellers must only promote and sell items related to weddings. Anything being sold that Is not related to weddings during the event will be asked to be removed from the building.

  2. The sale of new items or promotion of business services is strictly prohibited unless pre-approved by the organiser in writing.

  3. Sellers are responsible for the security and insurance of their own goods. The organiser accepts no liability for loss, damage, or theft of items.

  4. Sellers must ensure their area is kept tidy and all unsold items are removed at the end of the event.

Table Hire

  1. If a table is hired from the organiser, the fee is non-refundable.

  2. Sellers are liable for any damage caused to hired tables and will be charged for repairs or replacement.

Event Cancellation

  1. In the unlikely event of cancellation by the organiser, sellers will be offered a full refund of their pitch fee or the option to transfer their booking to a future event.

  2. The organiser is not liable for any other costs incurred by sellers in preparation for the event.

General Conduct

  1. Sellers must conduct themselves in a professional manner and not cause disturbance to other sellers or visitors.

  2. The organiser reserves the right to ask any seller to leave the event if their conduct is deemed inappropriate, with no refund given.

Compliance

  1. By submitting a booking form and payment, sellers agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth by the organiser.

  2. The organiser reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time, with notice given to sellers..
